ADHD Care does not diagnose or treat any medical condition. Our assessments and materials are educational and for self-management only. They are not a substitute for evaluation, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional.

1. What our assessment is — and is not

Our self-check is based on established screening frameworks, principally the World Health Organization Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS-v1.1). Screening tools of this kind are designed to indicate whether it may be worth speaking to a professional. They are:

2. Please speak to a professional

If your results concern you, or if attention, focus, mood or organisation are affecting your work, studies, relationships or wellbeing, we encourage you to consult a doctor, psychiatrist or clinical psychologist. Bringing your report to that appointment is a reasonable way to start the conversation.

3. Do not delay or replace care

Never disregard professional medical advice, and never delay seeking it, because of anything in our assessments, reports or plans. Do not start, stop or change any medication or treatment on the basis of our materials.

4. In an emergency

If you are in crisis, thinking about harming yourself, or may be in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services now or go to your nearest emergency department. Our service is not monitored for emergencies and cannot provide crisis support.

Emergency numbers: European Union 112 · South Korea 119 (medical) / 129 (counselling helpline)

5. Individual results vary

Our plans describe strategies that many people find helpful. They are general educational suggestions, not personal medical advice, and no particular outcome is promised or guaranteed.

6. Questions

If anything in your report is unclear, email support@adhdcarevip.com. We can explain what a section means — but we cannot give medical advice or tell you whether you have a condition.
